Healthy gifts!

Let's face it: healthy habits are hard to form, but extremely beneficial! 

Here's one really simple habit - grab an apple! No preparation needed; no fuss.

While we've all be raised to know that 'an apple a day....", we wanted to read the details on why.  So we dug up some information about apples' superpowers here.

Take the simple apple, for example:
  • whiter teeth
  • avoid Alzheimer's
  • protects against Parkinson's
  • curb cancers
  • decrease risk of diabetes
All in one little apple?  You read that right! And there's more reasons to nosh on this little treat:

  • prevents gallstones
  • neutralizes IBS
  • avert hemorrhoids
  • controls weight
  • detoxifies your liver..
